It's just a billionaire tax.... isn't Cypus a tax haven? They have to get the money somewhere... if they were smart they'd quickly freeze all accounts and grab the cash quick. Hell, what's 10% when folks are avoiding 30-50%?? no problem! Cayman's should do the same thing. DAK
