**Mar 12 Chung agreed to a contract with the Eagles on Tuesday.

Recommendation: Chung will reunite with former college coach Chip Kelly in Philadelphia. Expect him to step in as the starting strong safety for the Eagles.

In 2009 Chung was the Patriot 2nd round pick.

Well Kellyv knows this player inside out. He recruited him and was his coach. All is mum on what the contract cost, and for how long

But he signed for only1.2 million dollars hmm?

Brady Fletcher (1.4 million) is projected to battle to be a CB on the team He was 2nd pick in third round in 2009 by Rams

but click this sports.yahoo.com he had a tremendous rookie year then just played 4 games in 2nd year(obviously had a major injury and was put on IR. Played in 16 games in 2012 --seems perhaps as a backup player, his numbers way off terrific rookie year.

So again Kelly is looking at players that are still rehabbing the damned knee injuries=but have shown exceptional talent earlier--that all are still young. Kenny Phillips being the oldest of these three at 26. Kenny Phillips has two brutal knee injuries--it is sad--man i watch him in Miami games--he was phenomenal---he 31st pick in the first round by giants. But i remember after his first injury they were saying he may never play again--but he came all the way back and then his other knee put him on IR. i think Phillips is the longest shot as he was lightning fast--i doubt he can be again. Same thing Benn(they gave up a #6 pick to get him.)

Mar 15 The Eagles have acquired wide receiver Arrelious Benn and a seventh-round pick from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for Philadelphia's sixth-round choice this year and a conditional draft pick in 2014.Advice: Benn, a second-round selection (39th overall) by the Buccaneers in 2010, has 59 receptions for 862 yards and five touchdowns in three seasons. He led the Buccaneers with 13 kickoff returns for 306 yards in only eight games last year before a knee injury ended his season. In 2011, Benn had career highs in catches (30), yards receiving (441) and touchdowns (3).
