Vicki,
QDEK's telephony product only commands 4% of the market. Lucent, Netscape, and others are dominating the field. Don't count on it for much of a kicker.
The company is in total dissarray, but a new product cycle has begun, and they have viable business from their acquisitions. With the CEO recently departed, they are ripe for a takeover. My guess is 12 to 14 dollars. With the runnup in technology of late, a stock facilitated buyout makes sense from an acquirer's point of view.
Thinking about buying April 5 calls...

Cheers,

Peter Shaw
