Jon, although I initially thought that Mr. Zahran might be confusing Datek with Island, I did take the time to visit the nasdaqtrading.com web site, and saw that Datek is, indeed listed as a MM in many securities, *in addition* to Island.

Perhaps you can clear this up with NASDAQ, and get them to correct their listings, so that Datek customers are not led by NASDAQ to beleive that your are a MM in securities in which you say you are not.
