may 26th 2010, the gulf drilling was shut down as a consequence of bps negligence, if the blowout had not happened the gov, would not have stopped all drilling,atp was slapped in the face with this halt.Bp will be the fall guy, even though the gov should not of stopped all gulf drilling.atp can use the takings clause in the gov lawsuit,a judge or jury will not be sympathetic to bp ,look for a large settlement.
