1) It is a new issue and from what I read, it is not a good idea to jump right in after the IPO. 2) I need to see what the competition has to offer. I have been reading about these folks for a few years, an article here and there, so I put it on my radar. Market seems tired and that will not help the overall market near term...so IMHO, there is time to assess the stock and the market itself.
