But the point of being here is not to determine who is right and who is wrong. If Chip does not explain the reasons for his calls, then he is still not contributing anything useful. You would be a fool to follow him blindly, as some day you are likely to follow him over a cliff. "Proving you are right" is the "con" part of "con game". You can prove that you can predict the future without actually doing so, and I have outlined here exactly how that is done. (Quite successfully, every day, by cold-calling brokers.) Chip, care to share with us what TA led you to your call? Of course, it would have been more convincing in advance rather than in retrospect. But anything would be more convincing than you have been so far - anybody can make random calls and then take credit for the ones that pan out.
