Offie, do you work in a courthouse? You must spend a lot of time digging up all this info. One suggestion, why don't you call the company and find out about it and then post your dicoveries - you're not accomplishing anything by disclosing that it's out there. It could be meaningless and then again mayb it's not - buy how can we tell? Something keeps bugging me... if you're not a shareholder then why spend so much time researching all of this - it's obvious you will never buy in again so why waste your time? Shouldn't you look for other information on other stocks to invest in? JMO
