(2) Rather than a settlement, the chances are far greater that the SEC will file an amended complaint against JBI and Bordynuik, nailing them for additional acts of securities fraud. (3) One day, any day, the SEC is going to drop the other hammer on JBI. When that happens, people will scream: "OH MY GOD! HOW DID THEY KNOW?" (4) It's almost a certainty that we'll see the SEC announce additional fraud charges against him and JBI any day now. What up?????
