You go VEGAN and you will have NO more arthritic pain!!!Oh Ya I forgot to mention that 95% of all illness would also vanish from the face of the planet. I turn 59 in a few days and I take zero medication of any kind and I want to keep it that way. I had plenty of bad habit in my diet but that is a thing of the past.

Of course I have it easy because I am a farmer but the further I get into this the clearer my mind becomes and I have more energy than every and no headaches of any kind.

I also gave up fish as the worlds waters have become way too polluted plus the farm raised ones are very concentrated so they breath their own feces and are fed food to make them grow abnormally Not a good thing in my opinion .

If you want the real spiritual feeling you get by going VEGAN you must give it all up.
