The bill of rights was written and included in the constitution specifically to combat the controlling forces of European banking (represented at the time by Alexander Hamilton.)

Cyprus has a choice to make. Iceland made it and was successful. It isn't easy to stop the addiction that banksters force on people by bribing the politicians and bureaucrats with power.
