And that's not a coincidence either. When congress and Reagan got rid of 'equal time' and the fairness doctrine
several big radio groups were primed to pounce. They also threw out the ownership limits. Clear Channel alone bought something like 800 radio stations the following year. They now own more than 1200. Guess who they put on many of them? Rhymes with flush.
