I just wanted to point out, that in the last five years, APM has traded as low as 40% of book value. I'm not saying this is my target, but that it can occur.

Was it 40% of today's book value or 40% of the then book value? I am asking this because when it for $4, that was approximately 40% of the the CURRENT book value.
