I think infrastructure needed for many/most people, who live in apartments and condos, and not single family homes with a garage, is how/where do you recharge...? I know my high rise condo here in downtown Dallas studied the issue of having plug-in capability for our 6 story garage, and the retrofit for electricity was extremely expensive. Same would go for most all apartment complexes.

That is what I mean by infrastructure.
