Shooting is very relaxing. It is challenging in the fact that accuracy is paramount. You must control you breathing, heart rate, muscles, etc. My mind is not closed. Instead, my opinions are formed by personal experiences. I don't have to use a gun for relaxation. I do yoga for that. Needs a lot of muscle control and focus to be able to stand up on your head and then come down slowly even at the age of 60 plus. Like many, I view guns as an instrument of death. Someone would not be in a position to kill someone if that person did not have a gun since most of them would not survive a hand-to-hand combat. The only nation is the world where gun culture is publicly applauded.
