They performed 65,000 of them in 2010! If there were more necessary, they all would have been performed, as well. Supply meets demand! Sorry to point out the obvious to you!

I guess you could say that very few doctors perform heart surgery, too. But they perform all the ones that are scheduled! Cuff, cuff!!
