That's the single-payer way of trying to control costs, except that it only works if we really do have single-payer.


Progressives would sign up to that one in a heart beat...reps of course are all about opposing obviously needed progress...you could safely say that republicans played a substantial role in keeping Obamacare from what it could have been.
