David, Talked to an Oppenheimer and a Smith Barney broker today to see what was up. Both told me of the Westfalia upgrade. When I told them it was old news, they both said it was news to them at 11:50 am TODAY. Neither had any other news, and I really don't think this would do much. I sure am excited for not knowing anything. Maybe it was my earlier wind post. The trading after 174k looked like large chunks.
