Tony, >>>Exactly what "stuff" do you mean needs explaining?<<<

He needs to do things that Andy Grove can't do or is unwilling to do and that is to explain things to the rest of us who are not technical geniuses what Intel business is all about and what the prospects are for Intel in the near term, long term, and how it relates to the American economy going into the next century.

He has to do what Michael Dell, Pfeifer, Gerstner, Jack Welsh, and Bill Gates - conventional geniuses - do, they tell stock analysts that they (analysts) don't have all the information - don't know what the business is about - and to stop telling the investment community how to value their company (INTC).

This is the only major company where they let the tail wag the dog. So far as I know, Engle is the only one that comes close to explaining "stuff".

You see these guys from Intel go on TV and look into the camera and say - we are doing exactly according to guidance - and they don't seem to understand what that guidance is. What that guidance is could be interpreted any way analysts want it to be. It is pathetic.
