Where there is the problem is easy access to guns and the proliferation of those guns. Its estimated there are 300 million guns in this country. No country needs to have that many guns in the hands of too many crazy people.

Who decides what is the "right number?" Who defines crazy and who tests for it?

I am all for keeping unqualified people from getting guns. If someone exhibits bad judgement around me when we are out shooting, it is the last time we shoot together. Guns are a very heavy responsibility. I am a certified instructor. I teach that in my classes. We go over the 3 most important rules first before we even begin discussing guns or handle them.

I am also for a special expedited court and mandatory jail time for mis-use of a gun in a crime. "Gun courts" are a good idea. Min sentences and mandatory sentences.

Your statement is reasonable. But how do you go from a concern with easy access to an AWB or Universal registration?

Feinstein, Cuomo, Bloomberg and their ilk want to ban guns. They want them gone. Feinstein has said as much. They are the extreme view. They call the NRA extreme because the NRA is safeguarding the Second Amendment. The people who want to ignore it and confiscate, are the extreme. They are being forced dow the throats of America as the "mainstream" view and it is BS.
