You're right about Halladay. He needs to work into a routine so that he can slowly get in shape. I thought that's what the exhibition season was for, but apparently he needs more time or a different routine. I wasn't aware of his hydration issues which would explain why he fades in the heat, especially day games. You think somebody in the Phillies organization would be on to this and advise him. Brown and Howard doing very well indeed. I watched the last couple of innings of the Orioles game yesterday and watched Betancourt hit his first homer of the spring. He's batting over .430. I'm looking forward to this season more every week after feeling kind of neutral about it in February.
