but if I was a mafia boss or KGB I would give the negotiaters a call and suggest they up the 100 euros limit to maybe a 100 million for favoured customers, and btw no need to announce it to the world.

Emphasise "Only a 100 mil per day mind you, it doesnt do to be greedy like Boris Berezovsky".

I think that should keep the money pipeline back to Russia working smoothly.
