Point of full disclosure, I am a huge fan of the above FN weapons. Great combination of lethality combined with high accuracy and low recoil so you can stay on target. You can blather all you want about stopping power, but the ability to accurately put a large number of rounds in the air in a short period of time is pretty much unbeatable unless you are big game hunting. They just aren't very good at that particular task. Not very good at stopping tanks, either....

Which leads one to realize that even if 1K innocent white children were killed, the right would not change their position on guns one iota.

So what's the reason for their unwillingness to accept reasonable compromise..........is it just generalized paranoia or paranoia from living in a multi racial/multi cultural nation or unadulterated machismo or a profound sense of entitlement or something not mentioned or all of the above?
