Al, Switzerland doesn't have single-payer. They just have an individual mandate.

And although Switzerland has like 99% coverage, they have a tough time controlling health care costs, and they still have the problem of uninsured residents, primarily immigrants and the poor.

No country has an ideal system of health care.
