From the Aug 19 earnings release:

"....The Company's product line, BPCS Client/Server version 6.0, is currently being implemented in more than 700 industrial sector firms in over 3,000 sites worldwide....."

From the most recent press release (Dec. 3):

"....The Company's product line, BPCS Client/Server V6.0, is currently live or being implemented in more than 1,000 industrial sector firms in over 4,000 sites worldwide. ..."

Sales have obviously been good, but they're carrying a lot of debt now after all the convertible offerings that were completed this quarter, so it's hard to tell how earnings are going to look after all is said and done. Still anybody's guess, but I think they'll come in under expectations.

p.s. did you notice all the puts traded today? It was actually about even between puts & calls, which has not been the case lately.
