Claude, MRV has been rumoured to be a takeover candidate too, by who and when and how much, I don't know. Intel's stake in MRV will make harder, not prevent MRV from being taken over, at least at a low price. The company can continue to compete on its own without being taken over. That's the scenario I prefer, so that I can continue to make money with the volatility of the stock :))) MRV does not compete with Descend (ASND) by the way. Mike. P.S. I just start my takeover of MRV with my purchase of 500 shares this morning. Watch out for another 500 shares before year end!!!
