Interesting indeed. IMO we could be in for a surprise. We know for sure the inclination on which way Kagen, Ginsburg, Sotomayor, and Breyer will be voting although I thought Sotomayor's commmitment was weak. The other side can count on Thomas, Alito, and Scalia. They are a solid block. Kennedy, as usual is in between. My sense is that Roberts may surprise us. He is very much into making a difference and leave a legacy he can be proud of and he will not want to go down on the wrong side of history.

For whatever little it's worth I think it could be a 6-3 verdict.
