Also, if the markets open lower as they appear they will right now, then we'll also have negative divergence between the SP cash and futures since the futures did make a new high overnight... crunching my model's numbers around, if we really did get a sell confirmation yesterday, then this failed overnight rally would have been a rejected buy signal... this is also bearish for the day... Of course, it's still very early in the morning, but this market is now setting up for a down day today, and maybe for more than just one day... but then again, bernanke could hiccup and then these markets could turn higher again... GZ
