folks - I don't mean to take away the punch bowl when the party just begins to warm up, especially when I am drinking from the punch bowl too. Does anyone know if LU has gone to Livingston AFTER it got jilted? If so, with Livingston in place, does LU still want ASND for additional premium? I got conflicting scenarios here. OOH, LU did layout its acquisition strategy 2 mos ago; OTOH, it still can't do pool-of-interest just yet, so it will ve to raise some cash (I m sure there is a lot of bond dealers eager to oblige.) rgds Bosco
