MS will lose and have to pay the one million/day. Tomorrow we will find out. If MS wins I think there is some behined the scenes funny business going on since the evidence is quit overwhelming. I also think that MS spin doctors shouldn't have harrassed the DOJ this just make them more determined to bust MS. With all the posturing from MS you would think that everybody is out to get them but evidence is evidence and FUD doesn't count in court. Also if MS wins the consumers lose. I know you won't like my opion but thats the way I see it. JMHO Mike
