Which means, of course, "equally bad" -- since you can't afford to provide EVERYONE with the level of care most of us now receive.
I've been trying to tell Alghieri this notion for a while now, but he's convinced that places like Europe are just fine when it comes to the quality of their health care.

But hey, it can't be all that bad, right? After all, look at universal K-12 education. No one complains about "equal access" to education, right? OH WAIT ...
