With all due respect if you don't think the acts of Gov., Obama and his anti-carbon policies which HE has yelled about from the rooftops, are NOT relevlant to ATP ESPECIALLY, you are hopeless. The 2 year moratorium was decried profusely by opponents of Obama throughout the political landscape....ATP's issues are a great part due to that and other policies, tax rates, EPA issues etc.....Sorry, take your Obama whining somewhere else please.....His policies are relevant here......
