Agree Realty Corp. (ADC) - new 52wk high last $29.97/share +4.79%

Good call on ADC. I see it hit a 52wk high today with pretty good volume too. I missed buying this one but had it on my Grommit "watch" list. The key with your buy, was that insiders were buying too both in January and in March.

Debt is still a bit high but very manageable especially w/ historical low interest rates. The forward PE of 13 is still attractive.

I am looking at more REITs and REIT preferreds but most are at or near their highs. I have already lowered my expectation for yields down to 6.5% as long as there is a level of safety.

I have also been looking at some of the managed CEF preferred funds as they seem to be able to find the undervalued preferred "values" and are also able to diversify "out" specific stock risk. Two I have in my watch list are:

This one sells at a preminum to the NAV but is one to watch and buy if/when it falls below it's NAV.
Flah&Crum Claymore Pref Secs:FFC

Paul mentioned this one. They use a bit of leverage and invest in both Bank & Insurance preferred stocks.
Nuveen Preferred & Income Term:JPI

Keep the good calls coming. The market seems to want to move higher.

I do have another buy add for CDRpB (Cedar Realty Trust, 7.25% Series B ) if it should drop below $25.00/share. Last $25.17/share
