Yes absolutely. They are real hard workers and have each other's 'back'. Plus the rents are astronomical while the taxes and insurance are reasonable so even if you pay a million for a four unit building the cap rate isn't that bad. Like others mentioned this isn't anything at all like the bubble quite yet....
