Will the autonomous vehicle break the speed limit to get me to the hospital more quickly?
if there are speed limits, then yes it will break them. it will also enlist the cooperation of all the other vehicles in the area to get you there as quickly as possible. that is, it may demand the car travel at its top speed get you there as fast as possible. that means that other cars will have to give you the right of way. it will also give you the option of the nearest or the best hospital and probably alert which ever hospital you choose, and give them an ETA to be prepared for you.
