Great Call...............
<<I think I will wait to buy for a few more days. <2.0 looks near. This is a company with potential but I would bet at this rate of drop on the bid that soon one should be able to split the spread and come up with shares under 2 or just above 2.0.>>
Just picked up some more shares at $2.00 even. Now to just sit back and watch the action.

Subj: Penny Pinchers!!!!... :0) Date: 96-09-18 19:50:14 EDT From: RReece7297
You're all just a bunch of penny pinchers!!!!! <g> I'm holding and leaving the scraps for the rest of you. I'm averaged in at about $2 anyway with all my positions.
But don't blame me if the stock get away from those of you who are waiting to get every last bit of fractional value out of your buy order. You'll be scrambling trying to buy later..... :0) Just position yourselves.and stop worrying about it.
All this company needs is to generate some cash flow, either from the partnership, or a private placement of restricted stock that would be non-dilutive. Just to reassure the rest of you, I HATE companies that do REG S stocks, especially if they don't exhaust all other available means first. You'll be glad to know that Bill Carraway and I share the same feelings on the issue. He has assured me that he never has any intention of EVER doing REG S offerings in order to raise cash. He will do so in a manner that creates value in the stock rather than being dilutive. I just thought I would pass on these notes since many of you might be cringing about the effects of any private placement in the future.
Remember, if the company has cash, it doesn't have to sell its processor to a limited partnership, and that equates to an est $1 million in profits from its operation alone. That equates, if I've done my figuring correctly, to $.19-.20/sh alone. Each and every year. Furthermore, a private placement will permit the company to begin completing it two other partially completed units for rapid delivery, hopefully in the next quarter. That should equate to $1.5 million in profits for the sale of these two units. You do the addition.
What GRNO is trying to do requires capital (ie. hard cash!!!!) Having cash will provide the momentum that will allow GRNO to accelerate their business model.
No real word on the progress of any private placement, but I do know that talks have been going on as publically stated on the website. If successful, they will be accretive, not dilutive to shareholder equity. It will basically be a major statement of support by the investor in the company, management, and product.
