Nice post MM. Clearly inflation does not exist for those incapable or unable to look for it. Funny how some people think the CPI is a measure of inflation; knowing full well it excludes Food prices, Energy prices and Home prices... you know, the stuff people use to live. Locally, the rich have had their fill of real estate and now its time for distribution. Investors dropping out as Phoenix home prices show 36.5 percent gains bizjournals.com
