I read on another forum where the 40,000,000 share dilution proposal passed by 65% of the PGLC shareholders. Unbelieveable. I wish I was standing in their freebie line, seeings how there are no requirements to receive this Christmas candy, except that one fog a mirror. Now outstanding shares are 300Mil. How silly of me to think 255,000,000 was bad!!
