It was a crappy choice of language and that's precisely what Carson himself said when he apologized for the remark. But he also pointed out that he was in no way "equating" the behaviors, which is what teddy claimed.

Why should he? If he is running, the last thing he should do is to provide specificity or detail. Romney was detailed and specific while Obama totally avoided it. And look how that turned out.

I don't think Carson can win if he runs (and I think he is running), because of his religion; in this country a person who speaks openly about his religion is no longer electable, and I think that is tragic. I'm not a very religious person myself; however, it is disturbing that the country does not allow religious freedom when it elects its presidents anymore.
