I can only offer speculation that there's a lot of different potential ways of raising cash through M&A and not just restricted to the small handful of primary royalty companies. There's a lot more cash there than there are ways to play gold royalties! I can just repeat that mgt is 100% fully aware of shareholder concern about dilution. Bill and Janet are the largest individual shareholders so its top of mind for selfish reasons. The stock price seems to have stabilized somewhat in this .30 range and MDW looks like $ in the bank, which means cash and positive EARNINGS in our bank, now commencing ealier by mid 2014 vs. the previous guidance of commencing by late 2014
