The conversations I have had have assured me that Huttoe will be forced to disgorge virtually all of his assets. He must provide a financial statement, and he is bound by the acuracy of that statement. If more assets mysteriously appear later, they'll force him to give these up as well. Unfortunately, his assets don't come close to the $12 million.
