Igor, that is some food. [1] This is important for ADI clealry, as TI used to supply some or similar DSP chip for x2 modem. Remember reading that TI recently shipped 35th millionth chip for x2. [2] More importantly, AWRE is a xDSL partner of ADI. Since COMS has a large presenc in modm market, when they move to xDSL modem, ADI has a fair shot at COMS business. Which means AWRE will get the ride too. By the way, it explains why TI bought AMTX recently. satish kamat
