Read your post 1817 with great amusement. If party one says "how are you?", and party two says "I am fine." Using your analogy, they're having two sperate conversations not one. When party "A" sues party "B", and party "B" responds with a counter lawsuit it is part and parcel of the same discussion. If a public company sues party "A" for $100 its is not the company's responsibility to put out a press release, to list it in the audited financials, to make an EDGAR filing, or to stand on top of a tall building and yell, UNLESS IN THE VIEW OF IT'S PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS AND SEC ATTORNEY THAT IT IS A MATERIAL FACT! :-)
All the facts that you have brought up have been reviewed by counsel and in their opinion have no basis or impact on the company. If they had, they would have been listed in any filings. All proceedings past, present, and future are part of their responsibility when executed under their signature.
To respond to you, in our opinion you are still looking for a tree and missing the beauty of the forest. It is a shame that we can not fully respond to you as we would like. It is our opinion that if we could you might be able to see the forest.
Oilex has two businesses, the first is the development of a plan, the implementation, and the execution of the plan. This is under the control of it's management and in our opinion is being done. The second business is the dissemination of information. The company is trying very hard to do this. It has to the best of its ability tried to ensure an open and legality free forum. It
is our opinion that the company will continue to grow and we hope their successes will be reflected in the market place, but there are no guarantees.
We were asked for what reasons you might have for your negative attitude toward Oilex. Someone suggested to us that it was because you had lost money trading the stock. We would not respond as it is not our place to put words in your mouth but since you are not a shareholder and we believe you stated you had no intentions of being one, but of course we all have the prerogative of changing our minds, why don't you list your real reasons for the "smoking gun" research.
We think very soon you will see our commitment to the company.

We have been told the news that Sitrick and Company refereed to in previous press releases on Big Foot wells 1 & 2 will be available for dissemination next Wed. Well 3 has been completed and site preparation for the spudding of a fourth well is in progress.
