Unless we're seeing a bad April Fool's joke, PYMX has filed for chapter 7. A little odd after a reverse split. Could creditors have forced their hand?

Unfortunate, as the IP, technology look very interesting. Wonder who will pick up the pieces. If not a BP, hopefully a biotech with the sense to partner the drugs.
