GTS looks cheap to me - health insurance company mostly operating in Puerto Rico. Trading below tangible book, cheap with respect to all metrics. I think the recent share conversion is interesting , it depresses the price of the stock but it does not dilute shareholders, since it converts one class of stock that is illiquid, into another that is more liquid (I am guessing some folks want to cash out). finance.yahoo.com I established a position today.
