If you are not sure what I am driving at then you lack sufficient understanding of Keynesian Economics to discuss the topic of economics.

Because I feel like wasting my time I will explain it to you. When good economic policies like those of the Reagan and GHW Bush years produce economic booms like Clinton became the lucky beneficiary of, Keynesian Economics demanded that the surpluses be used to pay down the debt caused by earlier surplus spending.

So please tells us all how many Trillion Dollars of surplus Clinton ran. He had the opportunity to run at least three to four trillion dollars surplus. You claim he was responsible, so surely he must have been in the upper end of that range.

Oh, yes, instead of being a decent steward of the economy he squandered most of it and ran a paltry few tenths of a trillion dollars in surplus supplied by people prepaying taxes to open Roth IRAs. Obviously, because he did not replentish the capital markets by buying back bonds the economy he handed over the President George W Bush was in the middle of the Clinton Recession.

Based on what I have read here you will most likely conveniently forget about this about two nanoseconds after reading it. That is if you have sufficient comprehension to understand it and can set aside your rabid partisanship long enough to digest the truth of it.
