I think the takeover rumor on ASND may help the network sector and the takeover candidates such as MRV quite a bit. CNBC reported that LU offered $35 a share but ASND wanted $40. On top of that, Northern Telecon is rumored to be interested in ASND also. There may be a bidding war.

At $35/share, ASND market cap will be 6.6 billion which will make MRV looking like peanut.

I am getting better and better at timing these days. Pat pat pat on my shoulder :)))
