We need to consider the time frames we are charting.

For me, I'm looking at the Rus2K as having already peaked for this Intermediate and Long term bullish time frames. The S&P has not just yet. I give it less than, agh ... hmmmm... three to six months.
Why ?
Because, I assume the Rus2K is finished !!

I fully expect the boyz (crooks) will try and bounce the Russell. So beware, lol.
