Until the Left is thrown out world wide which should occur in about 3 years the world will remain in recession and the POO will be under pressure. POO equilibrium price = $60. Gasoline = $2.50, except CA. This scenario is a disaster for Elon and his murky deal which is being heavily subsidized by the US govt.
