Because, I assume the Rus2K is finished !!

Well, TZA (the 3x bear ETF to the RUT) just reverse split 1 for 4, if I'm not mistaken.. So now there's more downside to go until it hits $0.. lol..

Who knows.. I still believe there is a lot of scare money from Europe journeying to US shores, distorting US technicals.
